Women Who Lead: Difficult Conversations & Boundaries Leading with Confidence, Clarity, and Courage

Facilitated by Tisha Gierhart - Chief Facilitation Officer at Shafer Leadership Academy

Event Overview:
This interactive workshop is designed for women leaders who want to communicate more confidently, navigate difficult conversations effectively, and establish healthy professional boundaries without sacrificing authenticity or relationships. Participants will engage in guided reflection, small-group discussion, practical exercises, and real-world application throughout the session.

Event Outcomes:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to: 

-Recognize why difficult conversations are often avoided 

-Use a practical framework for handling challenging conversations confidently 

-Set healthier workplace boundaries with clarity and professionalism 

-Communicate expectations more effectively 

-Identify one immediate leadership conversation or boundary they need to address

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Please arrive a few minutes before 11 AM to check-in and grab a seat. Our event will start right at 11 AM.
